The Smiley Face Spider

I was in the woods and saw a mysterious spider I took a picture and went home. The web had no pictures or even info on this spider it has Orange markings on it that form a smiley face the only thing I know from the web is that other spiders that look related are non poisonous which leads me to a conclusion that spider was not poisonous.
